Hi All, I'm new to this but trying to get fit and keen to start running again! I used to dance as a child and was ask to run for my borough 20 years ago and back then I would run against adults (the last recorded speed for 100 metres aged 14 was just under 12 sec) I had a race the other day and was shocked I still could run so fast and think i still got it and now I'm wondering if I could give running another go in my 30's professionally? Any advice would be great tips on clubs to join, trainers etc I live in east and mum of 2 kids under 5 but I'm very serious and wouldn't suggest the idea if I didn't think I was good enough and I now wish I stuck with the running I might have few gold medals by now!
