It's been really quiet around here. How is everyone doing? Anyone worried about the holiday tomorrow? If so, do you have a plan to keep yourself on plan throughout the celebration?

    Hi Cindy! I wasn't worried about the holiday foods. I was more concerned with all the free time... I eat out of boredom sometimes. But I was really surprised that I wasn't preoccupied with what was in the fridge. I was, however, preoccupied with when I was going to get a good walk in. It's nice to have a different focus. :)
