I'm going into my second year of university. Basically what I learned in first year was how to drink a lot of beer and put on a lot of weight. I'm living in a dorm again since affordable housing around my uni is nonexistent.. Last year I ate solely caf food (basically I ate salad bar every day and was starving all the time because deep fried caf food is GROSS) but this year I will have access to a kitchen. Basically if any of you could toss me some tips and tricks on how to avoid putting on weight again (i've lost all the weight I gained so now I'm back to my pre-university self) and staying healthy (I go to the gym. I love the gym)...that'd be great!!
