This challenge group that will focus on brides and bridesmaids getting in shape for an upcoming wedding. The challenge group will be held both here and on Facebook and requires the purchase of a Beachbody challenge pack. The great thing about the group is that we will be working toward the same goal.. to look fabulous on that big day!
The group will be mainly focusing on PiYo, T25, and the 21 Day Fix which range in cost from $140 to $205. This also allows you to enroll in the Beachbody Challenge which has daily winners of $500 and a yearly grand prize of $100,000. This group will commit to drinking Shakeology, following the set out nutrition plan, and 30 minutes of exercise daily.
