Today is Bendable body

Day 17. Cardio Core
I didn't do it. However, I'm feeling pretty beat from other workouts and day combo.

Day 18. Bendable Body.
Of course I did this one. Flexibility doesn't really seem to be getting better. I'm not doing these videos every day. So that could be a reason. Great before weight lifting.

Just found this group and decided to join because Pop Pilates is awesome! Have been following her calendars since March this year and so far my favourite has been the June one with a mix of cardio and strength. This month is good too.
Glad to have joined and hope to see lots of feedback on this site regarding her workouts!0
