In for 40 minutes on elliptical and short arm workout. had to go to gym-it's across the street from NTB where I was having a tire fixed.. everything worked out OK0

Just got back from my one hour walk/jog this morning. Got off to a late start...0545 instead of 0530. That 15 minutes makes a difference with the 'sun' shinning on you! Stopped off at the local supermarket to pick up some no-fat greek yogurt....decided, if i am putting this much effort into my exercise program, I sure as heck better start to eat better too!!!

I got an early start today. I completed 6.25 miles of run/walk outside. I also finished day 8 of the 30 Day Shred Level 1. It feels good to have the whole day ahead of me!

made it to the gym today for 35 challenging interval minutes on the elliptical. did my squats and planks, met my 10k steps goal, and ate most of the dq blizzard my cruel (haha) husband brought home for me this evening (making me very happy that i burned over 400 calories at the gym today!).0
