Happy Sunday!!!! I hope everyone had a great day on yesterday. I'm a little late getting this up. Let's continue on this great path of activity! We can do it.

I am officially taking today off! For some reason, my butt is aching...think it is because I am jogging and have not used any muscles in 'that area' for a long time. So I feel good about a break today. Will get my job/walk in tomoro which is one day before I fly out and return back 'home'. I hope you all have a great day!!!0

I wasn't feeling very motivated today, but managed to get in 55 minutes on the treadmill running and walking. As always, I felt much better after the workout. For some reason Sundays are hard.0

I hope you get to feeling better. I did half of a workout. I woke up very dizzy today. I feel better but I decided not to push myself too hard. Yes. Sundays are difficult.0 -

i agree - sundays are hard! i had a semi-rest day, as well. i did my squats and planks, went on a nice walk with my dog, and cleaned cleaned cleaned. back to the gym tomorrow! have a great week, everyone.0
