Workout Time

I am changing my workout time, going to lift Tues/Thurs/Sat this week.

Mondays I have to be in at 9 for a meeting but I arranged with my work to go in later the other days, on the Mondays I will go in earlier to avoid the terrible traffic. That way I can work out at 6 a.m.-ish and go in to work after that. With the horrible traffic this summer due to construction, even if I get up at the crack of dawn it is hard to get home before 5 to exercise (before it gets too late at night). Too often, especially if I run late at all, I am not getting done till after 8, and a couple of times closer to 10...then I can't sleep till at least midnight.

I am hoping this new time will work out better for me.

Always find it more productive to get it out of the way first thing and then not have to worry about it until next morning. Word of advice: have all your stuff ready before going to bed otherwise you,re likely to forget important things!

I lift at home, my weights/bench/rack are in my basement. I also have cardio equipment like treadmill, stationary bike, yoga, exercise balls, aerobic step, lots of videos, the one I do mostly is T-Tapp and Zumba some of the time. Nice thing about working out at home, don't have to worry about forgetting anything.

I also just ordered my second round of additional weights, 3 45's, 2 10's, 2 2.5's. My husband uses them too so I need more...however since I move the bench when I squat, deadlift or overhead press, I have to take the weights off to move it anyway. I am thinking at some point 2 more 25's and that should be as much as I will ever need including what my husband does.
