Weekly Goals Post for Week of July 13th to July 19th, 2014

Since setting weekly goals worked out so well last week, I thought maybe we would make it a permanent thing.

So what are your goals for this week?

    1) Drink at least 7 cups of water a day
    2) Run at least 5 km

    Goal 1: No Starbucks coffee at work, only the Propel Zero (though I wish they had the lemon one in the machine rather than the kiwi/strawberry)
    Goal 2: Snack on Lemon Propel at home, vs soda

    July 14: 6 miles biking

    1. Run 5 miles every morning
    2. No eating after 7:30
    3. Buy a Pilate tape Wednesday plus get it done early!
    4. Lose these few pounds I put on during vacation a couple weeks ago!
