Monday is the beginning of the work week for all of us. What are your goals for this week?

My goal is to make it back 'work home' safe and sound!! Packing up and leaving tomoro after a wonderful time in my real 'home' in AZ.
Myactivity goal this week is to try and get as much walking in as I can while in the various airports(takes me 2 days to get back) and then get over jet lag ASAP so I can continue to work out on my treadmill and start some new exercise DVD's!! I am in this to WIN IT!! Have a great day folks.0 -

my goal this week is to manage work-life balance as i have friends visiting, am preparing for a work trip next week, and have several deadlines to meet at work this week. i hope to burn 500+ calories every day (i've noticed i do not do well on days i exercise less), get work done, and enjoy my time with my friends before they leave the country again until next year.
i got 35 minutes in on the elliptical this morning for 418 calories and 3.26 miles. i've yet to do my planks and squats but will in between meetings today. we have a birthday party to go to tonight; i'll be careful with the social drinking and will stick to a small serving of cake and ice cream.have a great week, everyone!
