    I like to think of this whole thing as a general self-improvement challenge, so some may not be weight loss or workout related.

    * 15 random acts of kindness throughout the week
    * 15 'dance like a fool' workout sessions
    * come up with 15 new ways to reward yourself for a job well done that do not involve food
    * 15 things that will improve once you lose the weight
    * 15 things you don't miss from when you were heavier
    * 15k steps per day! omgexhausting
