I got this recipe from Bodybuilding.com. It looks like a good fit for people who have had WLS! I am sure you could substitute different brands or flavors of protein powder.
Rocky Road Protein Truffles
Ingredients
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Rocky Road Gold Standard whey
2 tbsp Coconut flour
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
3 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions
1. Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl. Keep stirring until the mixture forms a paste.
2. Roll into small balls.
3. Coat the balls in the unsweetened shredded coconut by rolling them in it.
4. Enjoy! Try not to eat them all at once.
Recipe yields: 4 large truffles
Serving size: 1

Total Carbs: 3.85g
Protein: 7g
