Problems syncing and training notes overwritten

Hi guys,
I am loving my Polar Loop, at least I did for the first couple of weeks when I didn't have any problems...
However for the past few days I have noticed a few things going wrong.
Firstly, whenever I write my training notes in the space on the mobile flow app and save them, the next time I sync with the loop the notes are gone. Very frustrating as I write specifics in there that the icons don't cover.
Then last night I found I couldn't sync it with my PC via USB, it just keeps saying 'cannot connect to Polar product'. To compound matters, unsurprisingly today it told me that the memory was full, so I'm not going to be able to do much monitoring with it until I can resync it with the PC.
Have either of these issues affected anyone else? I have tried everything I can think of to resolve the second issue, like restarting PC, disconnecting,and closing and reopening the app but nothing works. I am contacting their customer service of course but they are really slow so in the meantime any advice would be gratefully received!

As always.
Reboot the PC.
Try a new USB socket for the loop.
Uninstall flow then Reboot
Re-install flow.0
