I did the minimum the last few days. Today, I plan on pushing myself. We can do this! Keep moving.

    I am just checking in today...stayed overnight at a hotel to connect to my flight leaving today. Can only 'walk' the airport today. Should be back to exercising on Friday morning!!! Have a great couple days folks...I will be back when I can hook up to wifi!!!! You are all doing GREAT!!!! Keep up the great work!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!! Catch up with you soon!!!

    in for 20 minutes today and $1. I rode my bike bcs the grass was too wet to cut and I have to wonder when exercise stopped being play . i used to ride my bike for hours, feeling the wind and pretending i was Zok the laser ray dragon... swooping and spinning and making funny noises. today wasn't quite a chore and it felt good to be out but it wasn't 'play.'

    i hear ya - i miss running around playing for hours at a time, riding my bike everywhere, swimming all day, playing tag until dark, and never feeling like it was "work" in any way. ah, to be young again... :) *sigh*

    chasing my kids around
    hoping to take the dogs for a nice walk before this "cold front" we're having disappears and the stifling heat and humidity return :)

    Greetings All,

    Today I finished day 10 of the 30 Day Shred Level 1. I guess that means I need to move onto Level 2! I'm pretty nervous about taking on that challenge.

    I also completed 4 miles of running outdoors.
