I have been diabetic, but was able to control it with diet and exercise. I had a distal pacreatomy w/ splenectomy in January and my pancreas no longer produces enough insulin. Just hoping to learn how to better adapt to my new insulin necessity better than I have been doing and possibly offer some things of value along the way.
