Man does hitting the pavement feel good- LOL. I did 2 runs this week (mind you there were only 1 mile and 1.5 miles) but I was told to start at 1/2 mile-2 miles so I went middle of the pack. My knee is feeling great but my hip is stiff so need to do plenty of stretches. I think it is because my hamstring hurts as they took from that to replace ACL. But it felt great just running again no matter the distance.

awesome!! I know that feels great Take it easy thought. Us runners are used to pushing ourselves but you don't want to set yourself back further! Enjoy the pavement beneath your feet!0
