Keep moving! This week has been very very challenging. I have been maintaining my activity but my eating has not been the greatest. Gotta push myself. I can't lose weight if I'm not eating clean!!!!

well, I was tracking 'the challenge' under check in and I accidentally hit the delete button. I don't know if I can get that info back...no big deal.. just woke up feeling very very lazy--and yes.. I will try to keep moving today.. despite having a rotten week, i pretty much maintained my weight and didn't blow it completely....so here we go0

hi! it's really been a rough week... i did make it to the gym today and got on the elliptical but was having such a hard time breathing well that i had a lower-intensity workout than usual (still better than nothing). trying to make it through the day and hope to have more oomph tomorrow.0
