a few questions from a newb hope this is ok I have read the book
1 what kind of protein shake mix do yall use is there a target spec i should be looking for here
2 ire there any males that wouldn't mind friending me with a open food diary ?
3 am i correct in thinking as a male i should be shooting for 2000 calories on high cal days 1500 on low calorie days ?
