Nice information. I never heard of Neila Rey's site before. I've never seen some of these body weight only exercises; I really want to try out the towel bicep curls, and the pike shoulder press during my next workout.0

I figured I'd just add that I tried the "Boxer" workout Level 1 from the site you posted. It was fun although my repertoire of boxing moves is limited. She also has a filter on her site so if you're looking for, if say for example, you're looking for strength training workouts that focus on the upper body. This is good because I want to do some sort of exercise M-F but not kill my legs because I want to run MWF.0
