I started MFP 21 days ago and am already in a rhythm in tracking. After talking to my doctor in a moment of despair I went and joined weight watchers. Simply feeling is not for me. I love the myfitnesspal app. I downloaded the weight watchers app I find it cumbersome to switch over to points. I think I am going to cancel weight watcher but I wanted to see if I could get some support out of the meetings.
I know someone said you can do points here not sure how. I like the community here I have built in the last 3 weeks but there is some benefits to weight watchers.
