Starting weight : 134.8
This week: 132.4
I am off to a good start! My starting weight, however, was the morning after a big eating day, so could have been artificially high with water/bloating. So I probably did not really lose a full 2.4 pounds in a week! This initially good result could make me overconfident (this has happened to me before) and get too lazy the next week. I need to stay committed to make sure I have another good result next week. Good luck everyone!
