    week 3: 180 - but had that salty meal the day before
    week 4: 174 - husband on vacation, a lot of activity, guessing i lost in week 3 and that gain was just from the sodium the last meal before the morning weigh in--weigh in's are truly on wednesdays. see how it all levels out this week...
