Ugggh..lol Today, my foot is so sore and swollen, but believe me I will do some sort of exercise. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's so sore that I need to use a crutch to walk. I plan on doing some weights today for 20 minutes. Have a great day all and I'm hoping my feet are better. Keep moving all!

I don't know about you but I'm willing to count a bike as 'off my tushy'..in fact I'd count pilates or swiss ball.. good luck with the ankle. I'm in for an hour today! wuhhuu0 -
I DID IT. after work i went to the gym and did elliptical for 12 minutes then I JUMPED IN THE POOL and paddled around for 10 laps. nonstop but I did it!0

I did only 8000 steps today...at work, I am still jet lagged and fell asleep when I got home from work! I have a 3 day weekend coming up so will get some exercising in then!!!0 -
Thanks all...It's still swollen and sore...Ugggh! I am determine!!! I will probably do a wheelchair exercise that I saw on Youtube. I'm not in the wheelchair but I can at least stay active until my foot heals.0
