Hi, I'm EJ!

I am going to be a junior at nursing school in Tx. I have wanted to lose weight but I kept falling off the wagon. I have been told by people that I should lose weight because it will make me feel better about myself and also for health reasons. Recently I started taking steps again to lose weight. I met with a nutrition counselor for a couple of months, it really opened my eyes to my strengths and weaknesses when it comes to myself. I have set a goal and have been working towards it. I have been having trouble with working the night shift and eating healthy and exercising. I am also about to start school again and am not sure how to schedule exercising and eating healthy. I would really like any information anyone has to offer and support. I'm here to support others and offer any information I find out as well. :)
