Hello,
I just started this program and was so happy to find this group. I'm only on day 2. I feel pretty weak and tired. I think this is probably normal for the first few days, right? I'm getting in my 4 shakes/puddings and a minimum of 64 oz of fluids.

    Hi Kathleen! Welcome!! Its pretty normal to feel that way as your body gets use to the calorie deficit. Sounds like you're doing great!! :drinker:
