I did weights on yesterday. However, I am still having some serious issues with my foot. I plan on going to the doctor. I am hoping that I didn't injure myself. Hopefully, I just need some more running shoes. I think my old ones are worn. I have had them for a few years now. It's time--I think--to get new ones. Keep going all...I will do more weights if the swelling doesn't go down. Hey...I saw online a wheelchair exercise routine..I will do that...That's how serious I am about moving!

Glad to hear you will be seeking medical help!! Don't mess with your mobiity!!! Hope they figure out what is wrong! Good on you for doing the weight training!!
I got some steps in yesterday at work, that was about it. I will tackle the treadmill tonight!
