Water Consumption

Ok, I need advise on drinking my water...I dont like plain water, so I try to get in waterfilled fruit and propel...but any other suggestions :-)

    Oh yes! I do this everyday. At night I slice a whole organic orange and put it into a 64 ounce jar filled with water. Refrigerate it overnight and the next day drink the whole thing. It's so delicious makes you wonder why anyone would drink water. I've done it with pineapple, peaches. strawberries, just about any kind of fruit will do it. I just add water to the same fruit (except the strawberries) for 2-3 days. No calories, lots of flavor and a bit of vitamin C

    Yes I agree with the adding fresh fruit to it overnight, it's better then buying flavor water which add sugar. I also do the same thing with my green tea.
