Good Morning - My name is Emily and it has been 18 hours since my last binge. I was going to a softball game right after work, and instead of heating up my Smart One's for dinner before, I saw that there was leftover Italian food from a lunch meeting in the refrigerator. I was so hungry from being good all day, that I binged and plated up a huge plate of scampi and garlic bread. I told myself at the time that I needed the carbs for my game. It was a lie. Today's meals are mapped out.
