Eating protein in the a.m. to stabilize your blood sugar

Hi Everyone,

My nutritionist has been teaching me how to eat protein combined with produce and some fat each morning to set up my system for the best biological balance through the day. I find that it keeps my cravings for sugar at a bare minimum. I've been a raving sugar fiend for years and now as a general thing I'm just satisfied eating a few Good & Plenty's licorice candies each evening.
