Hi all...Yesterday was a great day. I moved my boootay! lol My foot is so much better. My doctor recommended that I take Advil and buy some new workout shoes. Apparently, my shoes are too worn (3 years old) and I need some more. That is causing the pain and swelling because I am more active. Going to do that tomorrow. Have a great day all. We can do it!!!

    Did two workouts today!! Yeah!!! One was a pilates tone and flex dvd for 50 minutes and the second one was an exercise dvd that was a bit slow for me, but I did the 30 minutes. Had never done either of them before....so I got off my butt today!!

    Wow...she has a great set of vocal pipes on her! Expecially with the opening....watch out Mariah Carey!!! Very upbeat rhythm. Never heard of her before...thanks for the link!
