A new week and a new attitude. Excited about starting this week strong. I purchased some new shoes and I am ready.

Well, I took the stairs at work....thinking I could walk up and down them for 15 minutes. Whew...poor decision on my part....I lasted 11 minutes and then wobbled to my office! My heart was pounding....although it is about 140 steps/stair to go up 5 flights, it was tough. So I did get off my butt...and almost landed on it too after that work out!! Whew! glad that is over with!!

hi! sorry i was mia for the past week - i was traveling for work and unable to post. i did walk quite a bit but that was about it... i hit the gym yesterday but spent today on the beach with my family, so i'm pushing to get my 10,000 steps in. looking forward to the new week and getting back into the swing of things!0
