    just burned 420 calories on the elliptical! still have my squats to do but am happy to start the week strong after a relatively lazy week... :)

    good lord! my snorkel broke on the first lap of the pool.. I had to swim like a normal person.. well I can't really swim like a normal person-that turn your head and breath thing is years in my past. but I did 10 lengths of side and back stroke. I may die. seriously die. i don't know if i hit 20 minutes but it felt like days..

    Hello Ladies,

    Sorry for the absence.
    Work has been crazy, and exercise hasn't been much, but I'm paying attention to the food and bougth a fitbit to check my activities level.
    This first week I made no changes in the usual activity levels, to set a "baseline" for comparison.
    I also bought a scale that measures my body composition (body fat, water % and lean mass).
    I already saw some changes in the body fat

    July 25th

    Weight: 140.9 lbs
    Body fat: 30.4%
    Water: 50.7%
    Lean Mass: 34.2%

    July 29th

    Weight: 139.4 lbs
    Body fat: 29.6%
    Water: 50.5%
    Lean Mass: 34.4%
