Sorry I have been "awol" I have been struggling immensely with my diet and weight loss this month, but I am attacking August with full force. I need to lose what I have put on and then try and get the rest off that I planned back in January this year.

Ive just had 2 weeks holidays, just started to get back onto schedule, Ive also moved to the TDEE method, sick of daily calories fluctuating!0 -

I'm just going to do what I did before, I knew that worked and I have had a lot of crap on lately, that's the only reason I failed, from having a horrid boss, to having no job, then being without money to having a job again.. just need to break the cycle!! I am going back on paleo-ish with the shakes again, I go on holiday next month and I'd like to lose a bit for that. I have about I'm 16 stones 4lbs at the moment, and I want to get to 15 stone, so that's around 210lbs i think :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0
