Ultramarathon - Relay question

I'm doing the Baker Ultra 50 Miler as part of a relay team next month. I had two people drop off the team, and I think I can replace one of them, which will leave me running 2 legs, equaling between 18 and 19 miles. My long runs at that point in the summer should be in that neighborhood of distance, but I'm going back and forth about running 2 legs straight through, or breaking them up (ie running the first leg and the last leg). Any recommendations?
Unless there are any Western PA, NE Ohio runners who would be interested in being the 5th man on a relay team for a race in Cook's Forest, PA!

Personally I'd do the two legs back to back. I don't do well with sitting around waiting to be up and going again. Also, waiting around or driving around as a crew for your other relay members is tiring in a different way. If you'll be used to doing a long run of that length by that time I see no reason why not just do it. Or else do some doubles just to get your body used to how it feels to run like that if you want to split the legs. Me - I'd just want to get it over with so I could kick back, relax, and help out my team members.0

I'm the same, I would just do the 2 legs and get it over with, maybe have a try at running 1 leg in the morning, sitting about at home/work and then running the other leg in the evening, gives you an idea if it's something that would work for you, before you decide??0
