    My Name is Vanessa and I just got the Insanity program!!! I am really excited, just need motivation and help with accountability. I want to do this not only so I can prove to myself that I can do whatever I put my mind to but to be free of insecurities that would normally hold me back from walking with confidence through a crowd of people....=]

    Feel free to add me or message me with any tips.
    I would especially appreciate any tips on the nutrition side of it because I come from Puerto Rican/Mexican Family that believes that your plate should consist of 50% meat and 50% rice and beans. OOHHH and that coca cola is the nectar of the gods...which is sadly my biggest obstacle...I LOVVVVEEE COKE. So now I am trying to slowly cut down more and more but its way easier said than done...so any tips on how to replace that addiction would be very helpful.

    Welcome Vanessa! You've got the right attitude for Insanity, just go at your own pace. As far as your love of Cola goes, I suggest keeping a bottle of water with you at ALL TIMES, and drink it often. This will slowly, if not rapidly wean you off your urge of Cola. Good luck to you and remember, KEEP PUSHING PLAY!!!

    Hi Everyone,

    Name's Esther, and I started Insanity a week ago. I've tried doing the program multiple times before and always end up giving up around week 4/5 due to lack of motivation. I'm hoping this time around will be different, fingers crossed!

    Welcome Esther. Tell us when you start feeling like giving up and we'll oh-so-gently urge you with some tough love to get to the end of it. Good luck and keep going at it one day at a time.
