    Awesome idea. I will keep it in mind for when I feel I need to add a fun new twist to my squats. The yogis say you should do a plow once a day anyway, this would be a good way to sneak one in real quick. ;)

    I've done these without the legs rolling back so you end up flat on your back and legs up instead. I'll try that little extra roll back and see if this helps up the ab burn today. Thanks!

    will try to add this to my exercise on Saturday as i'll be using my light weights then... will try to come back then and let you know how it went.
