So we have a progress picture thread, but some of us have lost weight before even starting to strength train. I'm curious to see where you all started, and I will add my pictures up here right now as well.

Before (obvs) at about 165-170:
And nooooowwwwww at 150:
That's only a 15-20 pound difference, now keep in mind I'm 5'2"...lol.0 -
Wowza! That's one heck of a transformation! =D
I think I still have that dumb "meme" thing I had done a while ago when I was at my lowest weight around xmas. (250 ish on the left, 182 on the right).
The wordplay doesn't work quite as well in english, so in lieu of a translation: Something that is "mou" or in this instance molle (feminine of the noum. because french is complicated) is rather soft and pudgy. And so it kinda works with my name and so you get this:
(Take note that this wasn't my heaviest. But I actually don't have any pics documenting the wreck I was at 270lbs. I'm actually happy about that O_o)
**Edited because tinypic has caps in the img tags, gah! Then re-edited because image size was too large >_<0 -
I don't have many at my heaviest. I had a couple pics of my face that were...bad. Lol. This picture was even when I'd started to lose, I believe.0

Both of you have had excellent results! You both look so much more confident in your after photos.
@sure, I'm 5'2" and started at 175. I'm a lot more bottom-heavy than you, with little on the top. Seeing another shortie who looks fit and healthy and isn't 100lbs is refreshing.
@krok--that bicep! You look like a completely different body. Your workouts scare me and obviously they scared your body into shape.0 -
Holy **** ladies!!!!!!!!! Krok I love the molle name hhahaahah and yes French is complicated maudit batard hen!!
Suremeansyes OMG OMG what a difference!!!
You girls really blew my mind this morning!
Let me join the party.. I posted not too long ago in the progress pics thread but its not a progress of the muscle-y awesomeness it's only pounds lost.
Before - 180ish, now 150ish!
Excuse the bathroom selfies! lol0 -

I'm still in the midst of my transformation but still happy with where I am going...
This was me in January, 1-1/2 months after beginning...I lost 4lb and was at 161
This is me about 3 weeks ago in my new bikini which I'll be wearing on holiday in August! I'm 146.5.
I did some lifting up to this point but started doing 5x5 right before this picture. Can't wait for my bum to start lifting!
I am planning on trying to lose a bit more weight/fat and then do a bulk/cut this winter. Can't wait to see how it turns out!0 -

And thank you! I thought I looked pretty snazzy.0 -
@krok, gen and modern, you guys all look great! Thanks for playing along with me and posting. I think it's awesome too for chicks who are just starting to out to see that some of us didn't start off as fit as we are in the progress pics thread. I know in my first SL progress picture I'm way thinner than when I first started out!0
-
@katro GIRL, you are looking amazing! Good work.0
-
You are all rock stars! I look forward to sharing my progress with such hot looking women!0
-
holy wow!! You ladies are amazing!!
I don't have any from when I first started - well, I do, but they are buried deep deep down in a drawer somewhere lol
Anyways - here's mine, 10 months after baby and then 6 months later upon completion of NROLFW. The after pic is about 2 months old now so I need to update this at some stage - maybe when I've finished 12 weeks of SLs

@suremeansyes - you look amazing! BTW i love you name, when my husband took me out on our first date the waitress always said "sure", so that was our thing then, still is. Even when we got married I said "sure" instead of "I do".
@krok - your always so serious with your face, haha. Nice biceps!
@gen - You are so stylish! Oh and you look great!
@katro - looking awesome!
@mymodern - you rock that bikini!
@psych - 6 months, that's amazing progress!!
For me, i don't have any pictures from before. I started my journey 6 weeks after my 3rd baby was born, as soon as i got the ok from doc. I had a hard pregnancy, hips hurt 2 months in and i was waddling by 4 months. I was at 254 i believe at my last appts. This is as close to starting pic i have. When i started at my 6 week appt I was down to 220.
Hope i got that one to work.
When i started SL i was down to 163ish.
Since starting I have only lost about 1 lb. In total ive lost 58.6

-
Wow, yup, everyone here has had some pretty terrific progress! It's inspiring! =D
And FYI I don't always scowl. It puts people off a bit, apparently, so I thought I'd let you know I don't know why I seem so serious on camera all the time because I do smile and I have the goofiest faces normally. lol0 -
Y'all look amazing! Congratulations on your progress!
Once I get settled in my move (this weekend is the last of moving), I'll have DH take some pics.0 -
Hopefully my pic will show up...
Prior to starting weights I had lost about 20lbs...but mind you I did yo yo that same 20-25lbs for 3 years.
Top pic in red dress is me at my heaviest...205 I think...
Bottom red is prior to weight training I think I was about 170
Other pic is me after lifting for 9 months...and at goal 1530 -
Amazing progress!
I kind of regret I never took a before picture, and I have very few pictures of myself since my kids were born, I'm always behind the camera!0 -
