    For the results I got on the first fit test, it sure did wear me out. I don't remember breathing that hard in quite a while.

    Power knee. 60
    Power jump 30
    Box squat jump 8
    Burpees. 10

    Plank oblique. 20

    You did great! My first time, I couldn't even do 1 pushup. By the end of the program, I could do over 50! Keep up the great work!

    I did a comparison with Tonya and Chris from the Fitness Test, and then there's my husbands and I results yesterday. So today will just be day 2 for us. The format messed up when trying to transfer the graph but of course the columns follow the names left to right. So Starting With Tonya 74, Chris 80, Myself 55 and My husband 55. I'm surprised with my results actually, didn't even think I would get some of those numbers.
