Walk It Off in 30 Days DVD

I'm new to MFP and am trying Leslie Sansone's Walk It Off in 30 Days program. Anyone else using this? I have many other LS DVD's as well!! Was wondering how to count each portion as exercise. . . . at work and don't have DVD in front of me. Does it give any measurement we can use?? THANKS!! :wink:

    Hi and welcome! I love that DVD! The firm section is a nice intro to strength training!
    The first ( burn) half is two miles so you can log as 30 minutes at 4.0 mph, or can also be logged as low impact aerobics ( that's what I do). For most of her walking workouts, if I'm logging as " low impact aerobics", I subtract out 5 minutes each for warmup and cool down so I don't overestimate burn, but that's just my personal preference. For the second, (firm) segment, I think I logged it as 10 minutes calisthenics and 20 minutes strength training. Hope that helps!
