Fitbit Flex charge not lasting?

Hi
Not sure if I am doing something wrong but my Fitbit flex is not lasting as long as before. Normally 3 days but recently just 1 day. Any ideas what might be going wrong?

    My first one only lasted 12 hours - returned it - new one about 4 days but I sync it a lot and tap it a lot - I just plan on keeping a fresh charge on it whenever it's convenient.

    Yes - I read something about if you tap it often/sync etc., then it runs down more quickly. I will keep an eye on it over the next week or so. Thks for the info.
