I've missed a couple of these but I''m back on track now. Today I am happy that the getaway driver has plead guilty and been sentenced to ten years and will be deported so I never have to worry about him again.

    Today I am happy that I have so many supportive people in my life that help me keep my head in the game or hop back on the train when I fall off.

    Today I am happy for getting a good nights sleep. I do not have insomnia or anything medical but I tend to wake up anywhere 3 to 5 times a night and some days I am so tired when I wake up!

    I am happy that I have a nice long bike ride planned for tomorrow. Now I just need to get my work done so I can release that stress and enjoy tomorrows workout as a ride like this will probably wipe me out for a good part of the day. (it was suppose to be today but I had to push ti back to get work done).
