Hurt my back :-(

So I had some sort of muscle spasm/strain thing happen last week. I think it was from surfing, not from lifting. However, I skipped lifting last week, and just tried again this am. Little sore after, but nothing major. Prior to the back thing, I was at 160 lbs for squats and 185 for DL. This AM, I did 125 lb squats, and 135 DLs. Should I hold at those weights (and similar for the other lifts in the SL program) for the next few weeks, or should I start with the 5lb progressions right away, and continue that if there is no back pain?
I am doing a Ragnar trail run in early October, so I was planning on backing off too much progression anyway, while I train for the trails, but I do want to stay near my previous lift amounts.
Thanks in advance.....

I hurt my back slightly and I deloaded on squats, DL and rows by a pretty hefty amount when I came back after a couple weeks. I'd progress on the weights like normal as long as you feel okay at those new weights right now.0
