I've been on a steady decline, which means a steady increase over the last month. It's time to shake it off and get refocussed. I injured myself this summer and haven't been able to exercise and I've used that as an excuse to make some really bad choices. ~80% of weight loss is diet. I know that, you know that, it's time to make this body move in the right direction.

I'm at the point of RESTART. Was MIA for July, got on the scale Monday morning and was at my highest weight ever. My husband is also cutting back so that should help me some. My first goal is to get and STAY below the 200 mark!
