Seeds and/or nut bar recommendations please

I currently eat quite a few cereal bars (Alpen Light, Jordan's Frusli etc). Can anyone recommend similar packaged bars which are have fewer cereal grains and less sugar in, and are more composed of nuts and/or seeds?

(I do eat a loose nuts and dried fruit mix I make up myself).

9 Bars are the way to go!
There are also some Nakd bars made mostly of nuts (Cashew Cookie, Pecan Pie) and they're delicious too.
I get mine from Tesco, and sometimes buy Nakd/Trek bars online (www.naturalbalancefoods.co.uk) but I think most supermarkets stock both brands.

    Brilliant, thanks for replying.

I'm sure I remember some thin, tiny sesame seed bars, normally near the tills in shops, and I can't find them anywhere.

There are lots of sesame seed bar recipes on the net, but i'm not sure about calories in them. Maybe, someone can point you to a site with lower calories
