Reintroduction of Food

Okay reintroduction of food is way more difficult that i thought it would be! i'm currently on one serving of fruit, 2-3 servings of veggies (at least) and 1-5 servings of lean protein. there just not very many options!! okay, lots of options of veggies, and i've always loved veggies so it actually works out quite well, but lean protein is just so bland and i feel like there is no creativity! plus i've started craving bad things again *sigh*

I know i'll probably get a bunch of "it's so easy! you just do this _____!" and i welcome any and all suggestions of how to make the food easier and tastier! Shakes were so easy! lol oh well, in this for the long run! i know it's just a phase and it will pass! I'm down over 80 pounds now....20-30 more to go!

    It's hard! Not easy at all. I just finished the 6 week re-introduction of food from my clinic and it sucked and I had a hard time sticking to it. Now that I am fully in maintenance I'm trying to figure out my calorie goals to lose another 20lbs while still living. At my clinic they tell us the whole time, losing the weight is the easy part, maintenance is the hard part. They're right, as hard as I thought the diet was sometimes, maintenance has been 10x harder than that. Hang in there, do your best to stick to the re-intro plan.

    Thank you!! It's so nice to know i'm not alone (i know, i have a group i'm going through this with, but it's nice to know those on the outside are feeling it too)

    I never thought about the maintenance struggle but i guess you're right, that would be a lot more difficult!

    Today was a good food day, and the home scale went down again and that is always something that picks me up in the morning! :)
