SL A Order

I know that SL A is squat, bench, then row.
However, I want to switch the bench & row.

Reason: I work out at home and I don't have a lot of room behind my rack and the wall to maneuver my bench in and out of the rack. Also, my bench is on wheels. And I have those stupid puzzle mats under my rack (After moving the rack onto those things and just generally having issues with the mats, I'm sooooooo not a fan of them). So yeah, it's PITA for me to move the bench.

I want to switch it to squat, row, bench. I can't really see how it'd negatively impact my lifts. I did ICF before and I did bench before all the iso stuff - just due to how everything before & after it was easiest to do in a rack and I didn't want to lose my rack....

    Dooooo it!

I used to have to move things around due to the availability of the rack and benches. Switching the order on those two shouldn't cause any issues.

I don't think it's that big of a deal. I usually work out with my BF and when I am doing A he does B. So sometimes, depending on how "fast" we are, I change the order. (Like, if he is still using our rack, I obviously can't do my bench presses in there, so I just do rows).
So far, I don't have any problems.

    Thanks both!

I really don't see why there'd be a big deal switching.
