Recipes

I thought I might make a recipe thread. I really enjoy cooking and I find if I cook from scratch I have better weight loss results. This evening I made Cabbage Rolls. I have always been curious to try them and was very pleased. Here is the recipe:

I substituted apple cider vinegar for red wine vinegar since I had none on hand and I used a slice of homemade bread and omitted the eggs since my daughter is allergic. Very Very delicious and it was less than 300 calories when divided into 8 servings and spooning a little sauce over when serving.
