Just started with my fittest last night. Almost scared for tonights workout!!! Anyone else a "real" newbie?

    I started last week.

    And yes, the workouts for the first couple of days are intense and terrifying. Just remember to do them at your pace. Don't try to keep up with Shaun T and his crew. He'll even scream out and have it posted on the timer that you need to go at your pace. Listen to him.

    Keep track of what you do and try to do better than the last time you did it.

    Also, I didn't finish the first workout after the fit test. If that happens to you, listen carefully...or read carefully, make sure you still do the stretching at the end. I forgot to do that and my calves were cussing a blue streak for about three days.

    Drink plenty of water, eat your protein and do what you can do. Push yourself to do it, but don't hurt yourself trying to overdo it.
