vices!!! we all have them... what's your vices?

My vice is COFFEE!!! I look forward to it every morning. A medium sometimes a large double double. I've been told how bad it is for me, high in saturated fat and all. But I seem to look past that everyday, cause I have been eating good and plan on eating good all day, so in my mind it's ok to have that coffee with 2 shots of cream and 2 sugar!!!

So knowing that, my coffee I look forward to everyday, is a high saturated food, I seeked out help to try something different with my coffee. I work for an apartment complex and know the dieters and walkers. So I steer to them for small advice and they are happy to help!!! So one suggested I use asugar called "titvia", use my own sugar substitute and suggested almond milk. I went shopping the other day to see what options I have in the gerocery store. And with the new fad for almond milk, silk, and soy milk, I have a ton of option to try out! So grab that coffee, just order it black and add your own add ins. I will try this. Have not yet, but I will let you know when I start!
