What are your goals for the month?
Mine are to stay within my calorie goal for the week and exercise 5 times a week.

my goals for August include:
1. start training for 5K using C25K
2. work out 5 days/week
3. Add weights/resistance training 3x/week
4. Develop Labor Day strategy to avoid weight gain....0 -
My goals for August are aimed at stopping the plateau/gain I experience in July by:
1. Getting back on track with logging my meals EXACTLY everyday, no cheating (not logging the "small" things and estimating), and weighing my portions which helps a lot
2. Stepping up my workout (I just started using a HRM and realized I wasn't burning what I thought, even while doing HIIT - MFP estimates can't be trusted!)
3. getting back to working out 5-6 days/week (averaged about 3 in July)
4. cutting back on alcoholic bevs
5. Drinking my water goal daily0
